Please send your questions following the steps below.

(1) Send the Consultation Form at least two weeks prior to your arrival in Kyoto city

(2) Online pre-payment in Japanese yen is required; you will receive the payment link if Fumiko can answer your questions*.

*If Fumiko does not have the answers, you will be informed so and the payment link will not be sent.

(3) Receive the answers via email

After your payment is confirmed, the answers will be sent to you; Fumiko will answer as quickly as possible.

Within 48 hours, you will receive the first response*; otherwise, please check your spam email folder or/and contact Kyoto mansai tours again.

*From the second time response, it might be later than 48 hours.
