“Custom-Ordered Tour” is a type of Organized Tours.

“Custom-Ordered Tour” means travel for which Kyoto MANSAI Tours (hereinafter called "KMT") prepares, at the request of the Guests, a travel plan in which the destination* and itinerary of the travel, the contents of the transportation or accommodation services which the Guest is entitled to receive is specified, and which KMT operates according to such plan.

*Clients can choose destinations from places KMT can offer, including Kyoto and other places in Japan mentioned on this website.

KMT shall arrange and manage tour arrangements and itinerary management so that the guest receives tour services including transport/accommodations provided by transportation/accommodation operators during the tour itinerary set by KMT.

Services without arrangement of transportation or accommodation are not considered as Organized Tours.

1日ツアーでも受注型を行う場合、上記の文を下記にする

One Day Custom-Ordered Tour is also possible; in that case, arrangement of transportation and/or accommodation will not included.

Please make an inquiry to receive an estimate as the tour prices will vary depending on numerous elements; making the estimate itself is free of charge.

【Notes】

The followings will be added to your tour price:

• Transportation and accommodation fees as well as the meal costs for the guide 
• Fifteen percent Plan Charge of the total tour fare (for making your travel plan; handling accommodation and transportation booking arrangements; providing necessary information about your travel destination, etc. )

Some examples of the possible combinations to make your custom-ordered tour:

One Day：

Kyoto (You can choose 4 places you would like to visit in Kyoto from Kyoto Guided Private Tours. Fumiko will make an itinerary to visit these places efficiently.) However if those 4 places you have chosen are located far apart, you may have to omit one place or the tour cannot finish within 8 hours.

One night and two days:

Kyoto + Nara

Kyoto + Asuka

Kyoto + Koyasan

Nara + Asuka

Asuka + Koyasan

Nara+ Koyasan

Two nights and three days:

Kyoto + Nara + Koyasan 

Kyoto + Asuka + Koyasan

Three nights and four days:

Kyoto + Nara + Asuka + Koyasan
